I- ABOUT PMP CERTIFICATE
The PMP (Project Management Professional) certificate from the American Project Management Institute (PMI) remains the most prestigious in project management. Since its inception in 1984, the PMP has been globally recognized as the benchmark in this field.
Holding a PMP certificate demonstrates skill and is a significant career advancement tool. As reported by PMI, PMP holders earn, on average, 25% more than non-certified professionals.
I.1- The PMP 2025 Exam
The PMP exam includes content that spans the value delivery spectrum, including predictive, adaptive, and hybrid approaches. It is based on Exam Content Outline (ECO), revised by PMI every 4 or 5 years.
Most recently, the ECO was updated in January 2021. Accordingly, the exam has been tested on three different domains:
People (42%)
Process (50%)
Business Environment (8%)
The PMP exam was updated in 2021 with ECO to reflect our dynamic and global profession's fuller complement of skills and approaches. However, this update does not happen immediately. Instead, it includes changes planned to last from 2021 to 2023, which have stabilized.
I.2- The PMP 2025 Exam Format
180 questions
230 minutes to complete the exam
Two optional 10-minute breaks for computer-based (online-proctored) tests, including center-based tests; paper-based exams have no breaks
Question types: multiple-choice, multiple-response, matching, hotspot, fill-in-the-blank
I.3- The PMP 2025 Exam Reference List (Important)
PMI recommends ten books for exam preparation. The essential four include ECO, PMBOK Guide 7th Edition, The Agile Practice Guide, and Process Groups: A Practice Guide.
ECO
The Exam Content Outline is the framework all questions and exam preparation materials must follow.
PMBOK Guide 7th Edition
PMBOK 7th Edition is a comprehensive book of standard knowledge (Standard) and guide (Guide) on project management. It can be said that PMBOK is very important and is a central learning material, but it alone is not enough to cover the PMP 2025 exam.
The Agile Practice Guide
The Agile Practice Guide is a document compiled by PMI and the Agile Alliance that provides practical guidelines for agile project planning and implementation. With the new PMP exam having about 50% of the content related to Agile or Hybrid, this is the material you need to read to learn Agile-related knowledge within the scope of the PMP exam.
Process Groups: A Practice Guide
This newly released book on PMI is an essential supplementary document to help students shape the process part of project management (accounting for 50% of the current PMP exam content) with concise, focused, and easy-to-understand writing. After this one was issued, PMBOK 6th Edition was excluded from the Exam Reference List.
II- ABOUT THIS COURSE
II.1- What does this course offer?
This course uses the above references to build the most relevant practice tests in a focused and consistent manner.
The questions and answers are arranged and compiled according to PMI's PMP 2025 exam standards.
About 1000+ practice questions to master knowledge, including hundreds of other situational questions, are drawn from the exam.
Periodically (usually weekly), the latest REAL questions compiled from the most recent PMP exam are updated to the course, along with the answers and detailed explanations.
Review questions are organized following ECO TASKS and are easy for anyone to grasp.
Stay focused, as all knowledge follows the latest PMI publications. No answer will be invoked from old ones, like PMBOK 6th.
The results of each test will help assess your readiness for the PMP exam.
Questions are collected through PMP real exams from actual candidates who have taken the exam and got high results (above target).
The explanation is thoroughly reviewed and audited by PMP certificate holders.
II.2- Who is this course for?
Depending on your readiness for the PMP exam, this course could be your first or last preparation.
Above all, when you need a straight path to your ultimate goal of passing the PMP exam, this course is designed for you.
Because of the PMP exam standards updates, the latest PMI publications will be the most factual reference source. While maintaining its accuracy, some information from older versions (such as the PMBOK 6th) has proved no longer close to the reality of the PMP exam. They are, therefore, no longer used as references for the practice tests of this course.
II.3- How do you self-assess on the first attempt?
Your result after the first attempt of any practice test is very important; write it down to self-assess your readiness for the PMP exam.
Each practice is designed to include many questions (250). You don't need to do them all in one go, but try to do over 100 questions at a time, complete the test, and compare the results as follows:
Less than 50% of correct answers: You must try harder.
From 50% to less than 60%: You are on the right track.
Over 60%: You are ready for the exam.
Over 70%: You will likely achieve the highest exam score (All above target).
II.4- Where to get more support?
After enrolling in this course, you can convey questions through the course Q&A or Direct Message for a respectfully prompt response.
To pass the PMP exam, you need to practice. However, the most effective way to be your best for the exam is to take the proper path combined with practice.
