This 1 hour starter pack includes two programs: Balance Your Emotions (Starter Program) & the Feel More Joy Program. After completion you will gain certification and will have the foundations for more advanced LOTUS Programs.


Designed with the modern lifestyle in mind, and the need for a calm and balanced mind, the programs offer simple practices that are a distillation of subjective inner sciences and technologies passed on by Vedic gurus and scriptures. Developed through an intensive self-experimentation process for 10 years by a meditation practitioner, these simple practices can be incorporated into your daily routine to add wellness, dynamism and balance to your life.


*The course's meditation programs are predominantly audio-led with aesthetically-pleasing slides to aid comprehension. This decision was made consciously as most of the programs require the practitioner to have their eyes closed for the duration of the practices.
