This short course introduces evidence-informed approaches to nutrition, herbs, supplements and lifestyle methods in the holistic support of cardiovascular conditions.

The course does not confer any license to practice nutrition but it is accredited as a 2:45-hour CPD training by the IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) if you email the Hippocratic Institute upon completion. All participants receive a Udemy attendance certificate. The course is therefore suitable for self-help and as a CPD for practitioners.

This offers an opportunity for an assignment in part 5 which allows you to make a bespoke method to manage cardiovascular health based on your individual needs.
