In parts 1-4 we cover cardiovascular pathology from a biomedical perspective, and couple this with the evidence-based effects of diet, herbs, supplements and lifestyle treatments & exercises. Because of this you will learn why these therapies work, and how to construct a protocol for yourself and your clients rather than painting by numbers. This offers an opportunity for an assignment in part 5 which allows you to make a bespoke method to manage cardiovascular health based on your individual needs.
