I began my path in the health and wellness field with a strong academic background, earning a BScN and multiple certifications in Breathwork, meditation, and yoga. Over the years, I have built successful wellness-based businesses, each reinforcing my passion for helping others tap into the healing power of breath and inner awareness. I’ve navigated the challenges of entrepreneurship, personal growth, and holding space for deep transformation, gaining invaluable insights that I now share with my clients and students.
